People

We implement rigourous policies to make sure everyone is in a position to thrive, personally and professionally. And when it comes to treating people right, we keep it simple – we help each other, and if one of us needs support, we provide it in an empathetic and holistic way. We offer our teams a welcoming and empowering workplace, and work to achieve the same aim for all Victorians.

We know that when each one of us does well, the whole crew thrives.

Opportunities for Victorian Aboriginal people

Over the past decade, we’ve proudly offered technical assistance to various Indigenous organizations, including those involved in the annual National NAIDOC Week Awards Ceremony, which celebrates the remarkable contributions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander individuals to their communities and beyond.

Through our established network, we’ve created opportunities for hiring disadvantaged Victorians, Aboriginal Victorians, and individuals with disabilities for technical contracts, including those related to the Victorian Premier State Awards.

Additionally, we’ve serviced The Happiness and its Causes program, providing essential technical infrastructure to support their operations and assist individuals like the Spokesperson and National Development Director for Generation One and the Chief Executive Officer of a non-profit organization dedicated to addressing employment disparities.

This collaborative effort has led to the adoption of the National VTEC employment model by governments.

As a result of these partnerships, we remain committed to supporting, hiring, and empowering individuals from these organizations.

Furthermore, by championing sustainable Victorian social enterprises and Aboriginal businesses, we’re fostering employment and economic opportunities for Indigenous individuals in Victoria.
